iPhone: tap the button at the bottom, then Add All.
Android: tap the button, then open the downloaded file with Google Calendar.

Everything is included by default. Most people can skip this.
Roster changed? With Google Calendar, add the new PDF and sync again. New duties are added, changed ones are updated and cancelled ones are removed. Other months and your own events aren't touched.
Times are converted from each port's local time, so they show correctly wherever your phone is. Arrival times missing from a roster (a flight landing on the 1st of the next month) are estimated from the flight time.
