Terms of use
Last updated 31 October 2026
By using RosterCal you agree to these terms.
What the app is
RosterCal is a free, independent tool that reads a roster PDF on your device and creates calendar events from it. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any airline. Airline names and flight numbers appear only because they are part of your roster.
Check your official roster
The app does its best to read your roster correctly, but rosters change and layouts vary. Your airline's official roster is always the authority. Don't rely on the calendar alone for reporting times or other duty decisions.
Your responsibilities
- Only use rosters that are yours, or that you have permission to use.
- Keep your calendar sharing settings appropriate for your roster information.
- Review the summary of changes before applying them to your calendar.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for missed duties, incorrect times, deleted or duplicated calendar events, or any other loss arising from using the app.
Changes and availability
We may change or stop the app at any time. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
