Supported rosters
RosterCal reads the roster PDFs below. More airlines are added when crew send in their format.
| Airline | Crew | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Singapore Airlines (SQ) | Cabin crew | Works |
| Singapore Airlines (SQ) | Pilots | Works |
Both use the monthly "Crew Roster Report" PDF.
Your airline isn't listed, or the converter says it can't read your PDF? Send us one roster below and we'll add it.

One roster is usually enough to teach RosterCal a new layout. Here's what helps:
The best roster to send
- The original PDF from your airline's crew app or portal, not a screenshot, photo or scan.
- A month with a flight that lands the next day, a layover, and if possible standby, training or leave.
- If your roster has a second page with codes (duty codes, hotels, training), send the whole file.
- Don't black out or draw over your name or staff ID. The text underneath stays readable to computers anyway, and covering it can stop the roster from being read. We delete it once your airline is added (see below).
How to send it
- Save your roster PDF to your phone or computer.
- Email it to limandlimgrokbot@gmail.com with the subject New roster format.
Write the email If the button doesn't open your email app, copy the address above. - In the email, please tell us: Your airline Your role: cabin crew or pilot Where your roster comes from: the name of the crew app or website you download the PDF from The "Write the email" button fills in these questions for you. Remember to attach the PDF.
- We'll reply when your airline works. Most layouts take a few days.
What happens to your roster
- It's used only to teach RosterCal your airline's layout and to check the result.
- It's never shared, published or used for anything else.
- It's deleted, along with your email, once your airline is added. You can also ask us to delete it at any time.
This is the only time a roster is ever sent to us. When you use the converter, your roster stays on your phone. See the privacy policy.
