Your roster, in your calendar.

Add your monthly roster PDF on your phone. Flights, layovers, standby, training and days off go straight into Google Calendar or any calendar app, with the right local times. Roster changed? Sync again. Nothing doubles up.

Free. Your roster is read on your phone and never uploaded.

How it works

Three taps from PDF to calendar

  1. Choose where

Google Calendar: sign in and pick which calendar. Or generate an ICS file for Apple, Outlook or any other calendar app.

  2. Add your roster

Pick one to three monthly roster PDFs from your phone. Trips that run into the next month are joined up.

  3. Check and sync

See every duty before anything is added. With Google Calendar, you also see exactly what will be added, changed or removed.

Which one should I use?

Sharing your roster? Use Google Calendar.

Recommended

Google Calendar

  • Share your Roster calendar with your partner or family once. The sharing stays in place.
  • When your roster changes, add the new PDF and sync. Their calendar updates by itself.
  • Swapped trips are changed and cancelled duties removed. No doubles, nothing to delete.
  • Shows up in your phone's own calendar app too (Apple Calendar on iPhone, Samsung Calendar, Outlook) by adding your Google account once.
iPhone step‑by‑step guide →

ICS file

  • Works with Apple Calendar, Outlook or any calendar app, with no sign-in.
  • Can't update events. When your roster changes you delete the calendar, make a new one and add the new file.
  • Deleting the calendar ends its sharing, so you have to share it again each time.

Fine for a one-off, or if you don't use Google Calendar.

Questions

Good to know

Which rosters does it read?

Right now, Singapore Airlines cabin crew and pilot rosters (the monthly "Crew Roster Report" PDF). If your roster looks different, it tells you it can't read it rather than guess. Flying for another airline? Send us your roster and we'll add it.

Does it work on iPhone?

Yes. Use Google Calendar sign-in, or choose "Generate an ICS file", tap the button and then Add All. If you use Google Calendar on your iPhone, the synced calendar shows up there too.

What can it see in my Google account?

Only your list of calendars, so you can pick one, and the events it adds. It never reads, changes or deletes your own events. Read the privacy policy.

Is my roster uploaded anywhere?

No. The PDF is read inside your phone's browser. There is no server and no account with us.

How much does it cost?

Nothing.

Is this an official airline app?

No. It's an independent tool made by crew for crew, and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any airline. Always check your official roster for the final word.
